These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of Best Self Care Florida and the purchase of listing services offered through this website. By accessing the website or purchasing any listing or related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Company Information

2. Scope of Service

Best Self Care Florida is a commercial directory featuring businesses in selected self-care categories and locations in Florida.

The services offered may include:

  • inclusion in the directory
  • publication of a business profile
  • inclusion in the Top 10 of a specific city and category
  • permission to use the “Best in Florida” badge while the subscription remains active

The service is offered exclusively to businesses and self-employed professionals, not to consumers.


3. Eligibility

Listings are available only for businesses operating in the categories and geographic areas selected by Best Self Care Florida.

A business may be accepted for inclusion if:

  • there is availability in the relevant category and city
  • the information submitted is complete and accurate
  • the business meets the editorial and eligibility criteria of the platform

Best Self Care Florida reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.


4. Top 10 Listings and Ranking

Each city/category section may contain a maximum of ten businesses.

Businesses included in the Top 10 are displayed based on editorial and ranking criteria, including public information such as Google Maps ratings and number of reviews.

Purchase of a listing guarantees inclusion in the Top 10 of the selected city and category, subject to availability and eligibility, but does not guarantee any specific position within that Top 10.

Ranking positions may change over time.

Best Self Care Florida reserves the right to review and adjust rankings manually where necessary.

Both paid and free listings may appear within the same ranking.


5. Editorial Review

All listings are subject to a prior editorial review before publication.

Publication usually takes place on the same day payment is received, but timing may vary depending on review, technical, or operational circumstances.


6. Subscription, Price and Payment

Listings are offered as an annual paid subscription in USD.

Payment is processed by credit or debit card, including Visa and MasterCard, through Banco Santander or its payment processing infrastructure.

Best Self Care Florida may offer discounts, promotional pricing, or temporary offers at its discretion.

Invoices may be issued upon request.


7. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for additional one-year periods unless cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Best Self Care Florida may send a renewal reminder approximately 30 days before expiration.

To cancel renewal, the client must send a cancellation request by email to:

support@bestselfcareflorida.com

If cancellation is not requested in time, the subscription may renew automatically.


8. Cancellation and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except where a paid listing has not been published at all.

If a client cancels during an active subscription period:

  • no partial refund will be issued
  • the listing may be removed upon request, or
  • the listing may remain visible until the end of the paid annual term

If a client completes payment but does not provide the required materials or business information, the payment remains due and non-refundable.


9. Client Content and License

The client may provide information and materials for the listing, including:

  • business name
  • website
  • phone number
  • photographs
  • logo
  • business description
  • other business-related information

By submitting any content, materials, or business information to Best Self Care Florida, the client represents and warrants that it has the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide such content and to authorize its use for the purposes described in these Terms.

The client grants Best Self Care Florida and REACCIONA WEB S.L. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, crop, format, edit, and distribute the submitted content solely for the purpose of:

  • creating, publishing, and maintaining the business listing
  • promoting the listing or directory
  • displaying the business on the website, related pages, and marketing materials
  • making editorial, design, technical, or formatting adjustments

This license remains valid for as long as the listing is active and for any reasonable period necessary to maintain archived, backup, administrative, or technical copies.

Best Self Care Florida may edit, adapt, shorten, crop, reformat, or otherwise modify submitted materials for editorial, design, formatting, technical, or commercial presentation purposes, provided that such modifications do not materially misrepresent the business.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, lawful, complete, and up to date.

If any third party claims that submitted materials infringe its rights, Best Self Care Florida may remove or suspend the relevant content or listing without prior notice.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Best Self Care Florida and REACCIONA WEB S.L. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from materials, information, or content submitted by the client.


10. Third-Party Data

Best Self Care Florida may display or reproduce publicly available third-party information related to a business, including:

  • ratings
  • reviews
  • business details
  • photographs
  • public profile information

This information may come from public sources such as Google Maps or other publicly accessible platforms.

Best Self Care Florida reserves the right to correct, update, remove, or limit any third-party data if a complaint, claim, inaccuracy, or legal concern arises.


11. Badge License

Paid clients may use the “Best in Florida” badge while their subscription remains active.

The badge may be used on:

  • websites
  • social media
  • email signatures or newsletters
  • physical business locations
  • promotional materials

This permission automatically ends if:

  • the subscription expires without renewal
  • the listing is suspended or removed
  • the client breaches these Terms

Best Self Care Florida may revoke the right to use the badge at any time in cases of non-payment, misuse, misleading claims, or breach of these Terms.

Best Self Care Florida may require the client to stop using the badge immediately upon expiration, cancellation, suspension, or termination of the listing.


12. Free Listings and Claimed Listings

Best Self Care Florida may create and publish free listings based on publicly available business information.

Businesses may claim an existing listing by proving control or ownership of the business, including by contacting Best Self Care Florida from an email address shown on the business website or Google business profile.

Once a listing is claimed, the business may be allowed to request edits or updates.

A free listing may later be upgraded to a paid or premium listing.

Best Self Care Florida may keep basic public business information visible even if the business does not purchase a subscription.


13. No Performance Guarantee

Best Self Care Florida provides visibility and publication services only.

While a listing may help a business improve its online presence, Best Self Care Florida does not guarantee:

  • any specific ranking position beyond Top 10 inclusion where applicable
  • any amount of traffic
  • any number of leads
  • any number of bookings
  • any number of reviews
  • any sales result
  • any search engine result
  • any inclusion, citation, or mention by AI platforms, search engines, or third-party services

Any commercial references to visibility, reputation, discovery, or customer interest are descriptive in nature and do not constitute a binding performance guarantee.


14. Suspension, Removal and Refusal of Listings

Best Self Care Florida may suspend, reject, edit, or remove a listing at any time in cases including, but not limited to:

  • false or misleading information
  • incomplete information
  • non-payment
  • infringement of third-party rights
  • unlawful activity
  • reputational risk
  • abusive, deceptive, or improper business practices

Best Self Care Florida may also modify categories, listing texts, layout, ranking positions, or directory structure without prior notice.


15. Changes to the Service

Best Self Care Florida reserves the right to:

  • modify the website
  • change pricing
  • change categories, cities, and eligibility rules
  • discontinue specific listings or services
  • close the service entirely

Such changes may be made at any time, with or without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law.


16. Communications

By purchasing or maintaining a listing, the client acknowledges that Best Self Care Florida may send communications related to:

  • the service
  • renewals
  • listing status
  • support
  • account administration
  • related commercial offers connected to the business relationship

These communications may be sent using providers such as Brevo.


17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Self Care Florida shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits
  • loss of business opportunities
  • loss of reputation
  • business interruption
  • third-party platform changes
  • inaccuracies in third-party public data
  • temporary unavailability of the website

The client acknowledges that the service is provided on an editorial and commercial basis and that third-party content, rankings, visibility, and digital platform behavior may change at any time.


18. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, branding, directory structure, text, graphics, logos, and related elements of Best Self Care Florida are owned by or licensed to REACCIONA WEB S.L., except for third-party marks, names, and materials belonging to their respective owners.

No user may reproduce, copy, redistribute, or exploit any part of the website except as expressly permitted.


19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or the services provided shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
